RECAP: ‘Bet On Us’ Networking Event
Earlier this fall, a group of phenomenal women gathered in Syracuse, NY to network, celebrate and bet on each other’s success. The “Bet on Us” networking event, hosted by the You Can’t Fail 2023 Leadership Cohort, was the epicenter of great talent, experience, wisdom and leadership.

The cohort members worked together for weeks to ensure that every guest and attendee would feel comfortable, included, safe and empowered. Embracing the spirit of the event name, "Bet on Us," each woman figuratively placed their bid on the next, embodying the motto, "Hands on Your Back." The shared belief in betting on oneself and one another fostered a profound sense of belonging and pride, permeating not only the cohort but also every individual who attended the event.
The catering, decorations, photography, and organization of this event were all proudly executed by women, specifically women of color and allies who wholeheartedly embrace the transformative power of women leaders of color in our communities.
